Nach erfolgreicher Einarbeitung ist die Tätigkeit dauerhaft in der Nacht im Mobile Office geplant. Die Einsatzzeiten sind von 23:00 Uhr bis 07:15 Uhr, von Montagabend bis Samstagmorgen.

Mitarbeiter Kundenservicecenter (m/w/d)

Standort: Hanau

  • Analyse und Bearbeitung von Qualitätsreports sowie Ableitung von Maßnahmen
  • Überwachung von Belieferung und Kennzahlen inkl. Verzögerungsnachverfolgung
  • Steuerung und Verfolgung von Retouren
  • Pflege und Qualitätssicherung von Stammdaten Dokumentation aller Vorgänge in den entsprechenden IT-Systemen
  • Bearbeitung von Alarmmeldungen, Störungsbehebung und Kundeninformation
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Erfahrung im Kundenservice von Vorteil
  • Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office u. ERP-Systemen
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Verantwortungsgefühl
