  • Als kompetenter Ansprechpartner arbeitest Du eng und vertrauensvoll mit unseren Kunden und Agenten im Ausland zusammen.
  • Abwicklung von Exportaufträgen (See, Land und Luft)
  • Bearbeitung von LCL-, FCL-, Projekt-Verschiffungen weltweit
  • Disposition (inkl. Ab-/Vorholung) und Übernahme der Sendungen
  • Organisation von Lieferungen frei Haus mit Partnern weltweit
  • Abfertigung von Importsendungen inkl. Anlieferung beim Empfänger
  • Erstellen von Offerten und Einkauf von Seefrachten, Inlandstransporten und weiteren Dienstleistungen (z. B. VGM-Ermittlung, Containerstauungen)
  • Du verfügst über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung im Bereich Spedition und Logistikdienstleistungen oder im Bereich Schifffahrt
  • Berufserfahrung in der Spedition
  • Du verstehst es, Deine Kunden freundlich und zuvorkommend zu betreuen
  • Du bringst gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie eine strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise mit
  • Du bist kommunikativ und ein echter Teamplayer
  • Den Umgang mit MS Office beherrschst du sicher
  • Idealerweise hast du bereits mit TMS Cargosoft gearbeitet – dies ist aber kein Muss
