Dein Job, deine Zukunft:

  • Du bist für den reibungslosen Export- und Versandablauf zuständig
  • Termine mit Kunden und Transportunternehmen werden von Dir abgestimmt
  • Du erstellst zoll- und exportrelevante Dokumente und führst Buchungen im ERP-System aus
  • Rechnungen werden von Dir geprüft und freigegeben
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für nationale/ internationale Kunden
  • Das Reporting von Kennzahlen fällt ebenfalls in Deinen Aufgabenbereich

Stärken die Dich auszeichnen:

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. zum Kaufmann (m/w/d) für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung o. Ä.
  • Idealerweise bringst Du einschlägige Berufserfahrung mit
  • Der Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systemen stellt für Dich keine Herausforderung dar
  • Um Dich mit nationalen/ internationalen Kunden zu verständigen, bringst Du sichere Englischkenntnisse mit
  • Du überzeugst mit Deinem Organisationstalent und Deiner selbstständigen Arbeitsweise
