Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine*n

  • Kaufmännische*n Sachbearbeiter*in (m/w/d)
  • Sie betreuen unsere Kunden telefonisch und persönlich
  • Sie erstellen Kostenvoranschläge, Angebote und Lieferscheine
  • Sie pflegen die Kundendaten im Warenwirtschaftssystem
  • Sie bereiten Vorgänge zur Abrechnung vor
  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung, gerne auch Quereinsteigende
  • Sicherer, intuitiver Umgang mit PC-Programmen
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Kundenorientierung auch in Stresssituationen
  • Für die Kommunikation mit Kostenträgern und Patienten sind sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse erforderlich (min. C2)
