Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kauffrau / Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistungen oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in Disposition, Transportabwicklung oder Logistikorganisation von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Versandpapieren, Transportdokumenten und IT-gestützten Logistiksystemen
  • Kenntnisse in nationalem und internationalem Versand, Incoterms oder Zollabwicklung wünschenswert
  • Eignung für den Einsatz in termin-, kosten- und prozessorientierten Logistikumgebungen

Dein zukünftiges Aufgabengebiet

  • Planung, Organisation und Abwicklung von nationalen und internationalen Transportaufträgen
  • Abstimmung von Lieferterminen, Transportwegen und Versandarten mit Kunden, Speditionen und internen Abteilungen
  • Erstellung und Prüfung von Versand-, Fracht- und Zolldokumenten
  • Überwachung von Sendungen sowie Klärung von Abweichungen, Reklamationen oder Sonderfällen
  • Mitwirkung an transparenten, terminsicheren und wirtschaftlich sauberen Logistikprozessen
