Aufgabenbereich:

  • Erstellen und Pflege von Wartungsaufträgen in SAP
  • Systemzuweisungen für Instandhaltungstätigkeiten
  • Unterstützung bei der Abrechnung von Baumaßnahmen
  • Ausführen von Bestellungen im Bestellsystem
  • Hotline-Tätigkeiten intern/extern
  • Bearbeitung von Team-Postfach
  • Kaufmännische Tätigkeiten

Qualifikationen:

  • SAP-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Gute Kenntnisse MS-Office
  • Guter sprachlicher Ausdruck in der Telefonie sowie in
  • schriftlich/digitaler
  • Korrespondenz/ Erfahrung im Kundenkontakt- Abgeschlossene
  • kaufmännische Ausbildung, technisches Know-how ist wünschenswert
  • Kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Selbstorganisation
  • Bereitschaft stets Neues zu lernen
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Soziale Kompetenz
