Die Kauffmann Kunststofftechnik GmbH ist ein wachsendes Unternehmen mit jungem Team am Standort Remseck am Neckar. Wir sind spezialisiert auf Produkte rund um den Kabelschutz – von Isolierschläuchen über Schrumpfschläuche bis hin zu weiteren Lösungen für die Elektro- und Industrieanwendung.

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung im Einkauf (Angebote einholen, Bestellungen, Lieferterminüberwachung)
  • Auftragsbearbeitung im Vertrieb (Angebote, Aufträge, Kundenkorrespondenz)
  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung im Tagesgeschäft
  • Pflege von Stammdaten und Dokumenten
  • Optional: vorbereitende Buchhaltung (Rechnungsprüfung, Belegorganisation)

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Organisationstalent und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit Kunden und Lieferanten
  • Erfahrung in Buchhaltung von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend
