Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams eine/n engagierte/n kaufmännische/n Mitarbeiter/in für den Innendienst.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören unter anderem allgemeine Büro- und Verwaltungsarbeiten, die Bearbeitung von Schriftverkehr sowie die Unterstützung bei organisatorischen und kaufmännischen Tätigkeiten.

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office, insbesondere Word und Excel
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Windows und gängigen Computerprogrammen
  • Selbstständige, sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Türkisch in Wort und Schrift / Georgisch oder arabisch vorteilhaft aber nicht zwingend.
  • Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
