Im Rahmen der Personalvermittlung wird für ein etabliertes Unternehmen aus der Energiewirtschaft eine kaufmännische Angestellte (m/w/d) gesucht. Die Position bietet ein abwechslungsreiches Aufgabengebiet, moderne Arbeitsbedingungen sowie eine strukturierte Einarbeitung.

# Ihr zukünftiges Aufgabengebiet:

  • Telefonische und schriftliche Betreuung von Kunden im Inbound-Bereich
  • Pflege und Bearbeitung von Stammdaten sowie Rechnungen
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Beschwerden
  • Unterstützung in der laufenden Sachbearbeitung
  • Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Vorgängen in den Bereichen Abrechnung, Marktkommunikation sowie Geräte- und Energiedatenmanagement

# Ihr Profil für die Stelle Kaufmännische Angestellte in der Energiewirtschaft (m/w/d):

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kundenbetreuung
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtsystem zwischen 07:00 und 20:00 Uhr
  • Zuverlässige, flexible und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen PC-Anwendungen
