Die NORDFROST-Gruppe sucht im Rahmen einer Nachbesetzung zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte kaufmännische Angestellte (m/w/d) für die Abfertigung im Nahverkehr am Standort Schneiderkrug. Sie behalten stets den Überblick, arbeiten strukturiert und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Ablauf logistischer Prozesse? Dann werden Sie Teil der NORDFROST , dem Marktführer in der Tiefkühllogistik und gestalten Sie Ihre Zukunft in einem wachsenden Familienunternehmen aktiv mit.

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Koordination und Steuerung von Sendungen innerhalb unseres Logistiknetzwerks
  • Kontrolle und Prüfung von Ein- und Ausgangsdokumenten inkl. Lademittelbuchung
  • Abfertigung und Dokumentation nationaler Lkw-Verkehre in enger Abstimmung mit Disponenten, Fuhrunternehmern und dem Umschlagslager

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation, idealerweise Berufserfahrung
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Erfahrung mit WinSped von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Organisationstalent
