Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eineKaufmännische Angestellte / Mitarbeiter Poststelle (m/w/d)Als kaufmännische Angestellte/ Mitarbeiter Poststelle (m/w/d) in unserem Autohaus sind Sie die zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere öffentliche Poststelle. Sie nehmen Briefe und Pakete entgegen, registrieren wichtige Sendungen ( Einschreiben usw.) und übernehmen weitere administrative Aufgaben. Sie nehmen Anlieferungen der Post (Briefe und Pakete) entgegen , sortieren sie nach Bedarf in Schließfächer oder geben Sie persönlich an unsere Kunden aus. Mit Ihrer strukturierten, selbstständigen und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise stellen Sie sicher, dass alle postalischen Prozesse reibungslos funktionieren und unsere Kunden jederzeit professionell betreut werden.Arbeit auch in Teilzeit möglich.•Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung wünschenswert•Berufserfahrung im Postbereich von Vorteil•Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise•Gute Organisationsfähigkeit und Kundenorientierung•Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office•Eine abwechslungsreiche und verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeit in einem motivierten Team•Leistungsgerechte Vergütung und ein modernes Arbeitsumfeld•Mitarbeiterrabatte•Ein wertschätzendes Betriebsklima mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen
