Wir sind ein europaweit tätiges Unternehmen der industriellen Gerätereparatur im Bereich Metallentfettung und Textilreinigung und suchen zur Unterstützung unseres Teams eine kaufmännische Angestellte in Teilzeit zur Festanstellung.

  • Die Aufgaben umfassen:
  • allgemeine, selbständige und eigenverantwortliche Bürotätigkeiten
  • Auftragsannahme
  • Bestellungen abwickeln
  • Rechnungslegung
  • Pflege der Warenwirtschaft
  • Personalverwaltung
  • Korrespondenz mit Kunden sowie Lieferanten (teilweise in englisch)
  • ein transparentes und strukturiertes Arbeiten im Team
  • Ihre Fertigkeiten:
  • gute kaufmännische Kenntnisse
  • sehr gute und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Word, MS-Outlook und MS-Excel
  • selbständiges, strukturiertes und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • gute Englischkenntnisse
  • belastbar und flexibel
  • Sprachgewandtheit im Umgang mit Kunden und Lieferanten
  • teamfähig

Ein PKW ist für die Erreichbarkeit des Arbeitsplatzes von Vorteil.
