Deine Aufgaben:

🟢 Erfassung, Prüfung und Zuordnung von Eingangsrechnungen

🟢 Buchung und Zuordnung von Zahlungseingängen

🟢 Unterstützung bei vorbereitenden Arbeiten für die Finanzbuchhaltung

🟢 Durchführung des betrieblichen Mahnwesens

🟢 Erstellung und Übermittlung regelmäßig anfallender statistischer Meldungen

🟢 Unterstützung und Vertretung des Vertriebs bei Abwesenheit

🟢 Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Audits und Managementbewertungen

🟢 Allgemeine kaufmännische und organisatorische Verwaltungsaufgaben

Das bringst du mit:

🟡 Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

🟡 Grundkenntnisse im Rechnungswesen und in der Finanzbuchhaltung

🟡 Gute PC Kenntnisse

🟡 Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

🟡 Sorgfältige, strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise

🟡 Teamfähigkeit
