  • Deine Aufgaben bei uns
  • Vertrieb von Fahrkarten: Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden, berätst sie kompetent und übernimmst den aktiven Verkauf von Tickets.
  • Erstellung von Fahrplänen: Du wirkst aktiv an der Fahrplanerstellung und -optimierung mit, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu garantieren.
  • Verwaltung von Abo Verträgen: Du betreust unsere Stammkunden, pflegst Verträge im System und kümmerst dich zuverlässig um die Vertragsverwaltung.

  • Sicherer PC-Umgang: Moderne Software und gängige Office-Programme sind für dich tägliche Werkzeuge, die du souverän beherrschst.
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Du hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und überzeugst durch ein freundliches sowie serviceorientiertes Auftreten.
  • Echte Teamplayer-Mentalität: Du arbeitest gerne Hand in Hand mit den Kollegen und unterstützt das Team da, wo es brennt.
  • Eigeninitiative: Du siehst die Arbeit, denkst strukturiert mit und packst Aufgaben selbstständig an.
  • Sprachkompetenz: Du besitzt fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für eine reibungslose Kundenkommunikation.
