Die NORDFROST-Gruppe sucht im Rahmen einer Nachbesetzung zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte Kaufmännische Angestellte (m/w/d ) im Kundenservice am Standort in Hollenstedt. Du hast Freude an der Kommunikation mit Kunden und möchtest Deine Stärken in einem abwechslungsreichen Umfeld einbringen?   • Deine Aufgaben
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Kommunikation mit Kunden, Umschlagszentren und Transportunternehmen bezüglich des Auftragsstatus
  • Bearbeitung und Koordination von internen sowie externen Reklamationen
  • Kontrolle und Bearbeitung von Schnittstellen-Fehlermeldungen
  • Überwachung von Laufzeiten und Bearbeitung von Differenzmeldungen sowie Schadenrechnungen
  • Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
  • Fremdsprachenkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
  • Hohe Dienstleistungs- und Kundenorientierung
  • Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
