Wir suchen intern für unseren Hauptsitz in Westerrönfeld eine kaufmännische Angestellte/ Sachbearbeiterin (m/w/d)

Dein Aufgabenbereich:

  • Termingerechte Durchführung der monatlichen Entgeltabrechnungen inkl. Stundeneingabe, melden der Krankenkassen etc.
  • Stammdatenpflege sowie Neuanlage von Kunden und Miterarbeiten
  • Erstellen von Verdienstbescheinigungen sowie allgemeiner Schriftverkehr
  • Korrespondenz mit Behörden
  • Administrative Tätigkeiten wie z.B. erstellen von Personalakten

Zudem arbeitest du Hand in Hand mit dem Vertrieb zusammen. Durch diese enge Zusammenarbeit lassen sich Prozesse an den wichtigsten Hebeln optimieren.

Du bringst mit:

  • Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Lohnabrechnung
  • Erste Erfahrung in Datev und Timejob sind von Vorteil
