Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung auf Maturaniveau oder höher, z. B. HTL, FH oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position mit.
  • Du überzeugst durch ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz und ein souveränes, professionelles Auftreten.
  • Du arbeitest eigeninitiativ, lösungsorientiert und triffst gerne selbstständig Entscheidungen.
  • Du verfügst über gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse.
  • Kenntnisse in MS Navision sind von Vorteil.
  • Du kommunizierst sehr gut auf Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich.

Deine zukünftigen Tätigkeiten

  • Du übernimmst die selbstständige Abwicklung von Aufträgen im Bereich Products & Components.
  • Du bist die Schnittstelle zu verschiedenen Fachabteilungen, insbesondere Mechanical Engineering, SCM und weiteren internen Bereichen.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Beschaffung von Materialien und koordinierst die notwendigen Schritte.
  • Du stimmst dich technisch und organisatorisch eng mit unseren Project Managern ab.
  • Du kümmerst dich um die Dokumentation und Qualitätssicherung im Rahmen der Auftragsabwicklung.
  • Du bearbeitest Kundenanfragen und erstellst passende Angebote.
  • Du behältst Termine, Qualität und Anforderungen im Blick und stellst sicher, dass Auftragsziele innerhalb der vorgegebenen Rahmenbedingungen erreicht werden.
