Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte Shop- und Officeassistent:in in Vollzeit (40 Stunden/Woche), die Freude an Organisation, Kundenkontakt und abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeiten hat.

  • Ihr Aufgabengebiet
  • Assistenz der Geschäftsführung im Tagesgeschäft
  • Empfang, Betreuung und kompetente Beratung unserer Kund_innen
  • Verkauf sowie tägliche Kassen- und Abrechnungstätigkeiten
  • Disposition und Organisation im Bereich Personenbeförderung
  • Terminkoordination und allgemeine administrative Aufgaben
  • Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und/oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung
  • Gepflegtes und freundliches Auftreten
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise
  • Gute MS-Office-Anwendungskenntnisse
  • Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Wir bieten
