  • Telefon, Empfang, E-mail-Verkehr mit Eigentümer_innen, Mietern, Zulieferern
  • Angebote einholen, technische Abklärungen, Auftragsabwicklung, Kontrollen, Rechnungsprüfung und Buchungen
  • Buchhaltungsaufgaben

Geforderterte Ausbildung: Buchhaltung, Kfm. Ausbildung (HAK, HASCH, Bürokauffrau/mann)

Sonstige Anforderungen:

  • IT-Affinität, Buchhaltungserfahrung von Vorteil
  • sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse
  • Zahlenaffinität
  • offenes, sympathisches Auftreten
  • genau, korrekt, verlässlich usw.
  • höchst motiviert und engagiert
  • flexibel, rasche Auffassungsgabe
  • strukturiert, lösungsorientiert
  • Hausverstand und Flexibilität

  • Führerschein B von Vorteil
