IHRE AUFGABEN:

  • Anfragenmanagement und Abwicklung
  • Engmaschige Zusammenarbeit mit Kooperationspartnern und Austausch
  • Bearbeiten und Koordinieren von Seminaren/ Veranstaltungen
  • Dokumentationsarbeiten und Seminarbuchungen im CRM-System
  • Terminverwaltung und Organisation
  • Informationsschnittstellenfunktion
  • Operative Vertriebsumsetzung und Planungswesen inkl. Optimierungsmaßnahmen
  • Statistik-Wesen und Reporting-Tätigkeit

IHR PROFIL:

  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung/ Qualifikation
  • mehre Jahre beruflicher Erfahrungen im beschriebenen Aufgabenspektrum
  • Profunde MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie solide Kundendatenbankanwendung, speziell CRM
  • Souveränität und Professionalität aber auch hervorragende Kommunikationsgabe
  • Hohe Lösungsorientierung und ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsmentalität
  • Freundlicher, engagierter und verbindlicher Teamplayer-Charakter mit akkurat organisierter und strukturierter Arbeitsweise

  • Branche des Arbeitgebers: Ingenieurbüros für technische Fachplanung und Ingenieurdesign
  • Beginn der Tätigkeit: ab sofort (nach Vereinbarung)
  • Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit
  • Befristung: Unbefristete Beschäftigung
  • Einsatzorte: 45309 Essen
  • Vergütung: Festgehalt pro Monat von 3.050,00 bis 3.800,00 EUR
