Kaufmännische Fachkraft im Vertriebsinnendienst (m/w/d)

  • Abwicklung von Kundenanfragen und Aufträgen
  • Bearbeiten von Exportaufträgen
  • Erstellen von Versanddokumenten und Rechnungen
  • Abstimmungsgespräche mit Kunden und Lieferanten
  • Reklamationsmanagement
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Erste Erfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst oder Exportgeschäft
  • Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office und einem Warenwirtschaftssystem
  • Teamfähigkeit und Engagement
  • Kommunikationsstärke
  • Spannende und anspruchsvolle Tätigkeit
  • Flache Hierarchie und kurze Entscheidungswege
