Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen >> Kaufmännische Fachkraft (m/w/d) in Vollzeit

A) Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • -- Telefonische und schriftliche Kundenberatung
  • -- Erstellung von Angeboten und Aufträgen für Maschinen, Ersatzteile und Zubehör
  • -- Abstimmung von Lieferterminen mit Kunden und Lieferanten
  • -- Organisation und Koordination des Ersatzteilversands
  • -- Pflege von Kunden-, Artikel- und Auftragsdaten
  • -- Zusammenarbeit mit unserem technischen Service, Lager und Einkauf
  • -- Allgemeine kaufmännische Aufgaben

B) Die Voraussetzungen:

  • > Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung (Industriekaufmann/Frau oder vergleichbare Ausbildung)
  • > Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft 365 und ERP-Systemen
  • > Organisationstalent, Eigeninitiative, technisches Grundverständnis
  • > Selbstständige, sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • > Solide Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • > Teamfähigkeit
