Wir suchen ab sofort eine

### kaufmännische Fachkraft (m/w/d) in Vollzeit

IHRE AUFGABEN:

  • Korrespondenz mit Kunden Lieferanten und Behörden
  • Der überwiegende Teil der Aufgaben umfasst Immobilienverwaltung
  • E-Mail-Bearbeitung
  • Angebotserstellung bis hin zur Fakturierung
  • Buchhaltung
  • Arbeitsverträge und Löhne
  • Allgemeine Büro- und Verwaltungsarbeiten
  • Bearbeitung von Ausschreibungen
  • Koordination von Terminen
  • Einholen von Informationen von Bauvorhaben
  • Mithilfe bei der Verwaltung von Mietobjekten

IHR PROFIL:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Alternativ auch für Bewerber\*innen mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung, die der Qualifikation entsprechen
  • Sehr gute PC-Kenntnisse (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Strukturiert, selbständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie Flexibilität
  • Führerschein Klasse B
