  • Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir zur Verstärkung unseres Teams
  • eine kaufmännische Fachkraft (m/w/d)
  • in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit.
  • Ihr Aufgabengebiet:
  • Vorbereitende Buchhaltung, inklusive Jahresabschluss
  • Eigenständige Durchführung der Entgeltabrechnung (Lohn und Gehalt im Bereich Baulohn)
  • Verwaltung und Pflege der Mitarbeiter und Kundenstammdaten
  • Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung, sowie Rechnungsprüfung
  • Selbstständige Betreuung und kaufmännische Abwicklung von Projekten
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Bürokaufmann (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Einen sicheren Umgang mit dem MS Office Paket (Excel)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in einem Personal-Abrechnungssystem (von Vorteil).
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
  • Ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz und Teamgeist
