Wir suchen eine kaufmännische Fachkraft (m/w/d) in Teilzeit (20-30 Wochenstunden)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung im Versicherungsbüro
  • Kundenbetreuung und Terminverwaltung
  • Bearbeitung von Anträgen- und Vertragsunterlagen
  • allgemeine Büroorganisation
  • Unterstützung in Rechnungswesen und Buchhaltung

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem kaufmännischen Beruf
  • sicherer Umgang mit Apple Geräten (IPad, IPhone & Mac)
  • gute Excel-Kenntnisse
  • Erfahrungen im Versicherungsbereich und im Umgang mit Lexware von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse im Rechnungswesen und in der Buchhaltung wünschenswert
  • freundliches und kundenorientiertes Auftreten
  • selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
