Die FeRe Dosier- und Klebsysteme GmbH wurde 1987 gegründet mit dem Ziel, Anlagen für die Förderung und Applikation von Lacken, Kleb- und Dichtstoffen zu entwickeln, zu bauen und zu vertreiben.

Zum nächstmöglichen Einstiegstermin suchen wir eine/n engagierte/n Sachbearbeiter/in Auftragsabwicklung, Industriekaufmann/-frau, Kaufmann/-frau für Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement (w/m/d) oder vergleichbar als:

Kaufmännische Fachkraft (w/m/d)

(Teilzeit 20 Std. / Woche)

Ihre Aufgaben als Kaufmännische Fachkraft (w/m/d) :

  • Auftragsannahme und -abwicklung
  • Angebotserstellung
  • Zollabwicklung
  • Rechnungsprüfung und -kontierung
  • Allgemeines Büromanagement
  • Kundenempfang / Telefonzentrale

Ihr Profil als Kaufmännische Fachkraft (w/m/d) :

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Industriekaufmann/-frau (w/m/d) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung mit der Zollabwicklung wünschenswert
  • Systematische und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute PC- und Office-Kenntnisse
  • Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Auftragsabwicklung
  • Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Technisches Verständnis
