Deine Aufgaben: 

\*\*Zentrale Drehscheibe: \*\*Du bist die erste Stimme am Telefon und das freundliche Gesicht für unsere Kunden und Partner – du hast den Draht nach außen voll im Griff.
\*\*Struktur-Held: \*\*Du kümmerst dich um die allgemeine Sachbearbeitung, pflegst Stammdaten und sorgst dafür, dass die digitale Ablage glänzt.
\*\*Korrespondenz-Profi: \*\*Ob E-Mails, Briefe oder Berichte – du formulierst sicher, flink und triffst immer den richtigen Ton.
\*\*Termin-Jongleur: \*\*Du koordinierst Termine, bereitest Meetings vor und behältst die Fristen für das ganze Team im Blick.
\*\*Zahlen & Fakten: \*\*Du unterstützt bei der vorbereitenden Buchhaltung, prüfst Rechnungen und sorgst dafür, dass kaufmännisch alles seine Richtigkeit hat.

Was wir erwarten:

\*\*Kaufmännisches Fundament: \*\*Du hast eine Ausbildung im Büro-Bereich (z. B. Bürokaufmann, Industriekaufmann m/w/d) oder bringst entsprechende Erfahrung mit.
\*\*PC-Check: \*\*MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) ist für dich kein Neuland, sondern dein tägliches Werkzeug.
\*\*Kommunikationstalent: \*\*Du schreibst und sprichst sicher auf Deutsch – fehlerfrei und mit einer Prise Charme.
\*\*Struktur-Gen: \*\*Du lässt dich nicht stressen, wenn drei Telefone gleichzeitig klingeln, sondern bleibst sortiert und freundlich.
\*\*Eigenantrieb: \*\*Du siehst, wo Hilfe gebraucht wird, und wartest nicht, bis man dir jeden Schritt erklärt.
