## Kaufmännische Kraft (m/w/d) im Bereich Mahnwesen

Für unseren Kunden in Bremen suchen wir Dich als kaufmännische Kraft (m/w/d) im Bereich Mahnwesen.

## DEINE AUFGABEN:

  • Überprüfung und Bearbeitung offener Posten in unseren Kundenkonten
  • Telefonischer und schriftlicher Austausch mit Kunden sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen
  • Mitarbeit im Inkassoprozess

## WAS DU MITBRINGST:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder juristische Ausbildung, z. B. als Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellter (m/w/d), Bürokaufmann (m/w/d), Industriekaufmann (m/w/d) oder Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) gern mit Interesse an Zahlen und rechtlichen Grundlagen
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Mahnwesen, Forderungswesen, Debitorenbuchhaltung, Inkasso oder einer Sachbearbeitung Finanzen sind ein Vorteil, aber kein Muss
  • Grundkenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel, sind von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie eine kommunikative Art, die dir im Kundenkontakt hilft
  • Gute Englisch Kenntnisse In Wort und Schrift
