Für unseren Kunden in Bremerhaven suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) im Personalwesen in Voll- oder Teilzeit.

  • Sie akquirieren neue Kollegen (m/w)
  • Sie stehen bestehenden und potentiellen Kollegen (m/w/d) bei Fragen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite
  • Sie sind ein Organisationstalent und planen Bewerbungs- und Mitarbeitergespräche
  • Sie haben immer ein offenes Ohr und glänzen mit Wissen
  • Sie haben immer neue Ideen, um Stellenanzeigen noch interessanter zu gestalten und lassen Ihrer Kreativität freien Lauf
  • Personaladministration ist für Sie kein Fremdwort

## WAS SIE MITBRINGEN:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Personalfachkaufmann/-frau von Vorteil, aber nicht Voraussetzung
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Personalwesen
  • Führerschein Klasse B von Vorteil
  • EDV-Kenntnisse
  • Freundlichkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
