Wir suchen ab sofort:

Kaufmännische Mitarbeiter/in - vorbereitende Buchhaltung (M/W/D)

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Finanzbuchhaltung: Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs (Rechnungsprüfung, -zahlung, etc.), alle Vorarbeiten für das Steuerbüro
  • Führen des Kassenbuches
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Lohnabrechnungen
  • Mitwirkung an Abschlußarbeiten für den Steuerberater
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Organisationstalent, rasche Auffassungsgabe, Offenheit für Neues und Freude an einem breiten Aufgabenspektrum mit Blick fürs Ganze und fürs Detail
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation, Zielstrebigkeit, Vertrauenswürdigkeit
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (Word, Excel)
  • Sehr gutes Deutschkenntnisse
