Die Elektro Prange GmbH ist ein mittelständischer Familienbetrieb, der seit über 50 Jahren im Bereich Verkehrssicherung tätig ist. Unser tägliches Geschäft ist es, für die Baumaßnahmen unserer Kunden im Straßen und Fernstraßennetz genügend Raum zu schaffen und dennoch für einen sicheren Verkehrsfluss zu sorgen. Dabei steht nicht nur die Sicherheit der Verkehrsteilnehmer, sondern auch die der Arbeitenden im Mittelpunkt.

Aufgaben:

Erstellen von Einzel-, Abschlags-, und Schlussrechnungen

  • Fakturierung von Leistungen auf Grundlage von
  • Montageberichten, Aufmaßen sowie Verkehrszeichenplänen in Abstimmung mit der Projektleitung

Unterstützung bei der Kalkulation von Angeboten und Nachtragsleistungen

Angebotserstellung für Haupt- und Nachtragsleistungen

Qualifikation:

  • Erfahrung in der Fakturierung von Montage- oder
  • Handwerkerdienstleistungen (wünschenswert)

Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office

Softwarekenntnisse für die Rechnungserstellung

sorgfältige, termingerechte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise

Teamfähigkeit

Führerschein B (wünschenswert nicht Bedingung)
