Meine Aufgaben:

  • Ausgabe von Waren und Bearbeitung von Zahlungen
  • Individuelle Kundenberatung vor Ort und am Telefon
  • Angebotserstellung & Terminabsprachen
  • Unterstützung bei administrativen Abläufen

Mein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung wünschenswert
  • mindestens 1-2 Jahre Erfahrungen im Bereich Kundenbetreuung, Warenausgabe oder Verwaltung in einer Druckerei zwingend erforderlich
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Organisationstalent und ein offenes, freundliches Wesen
