Wir suchen eine/n kaufmännische/n Angestellte/n [m|w|d] in Vollzeit zum schnellstmöglichen Einstieg als Verstärkung unseres Teams.

Zu den Hauptaufgaben gehören:

  • Bearbeitung der Eingangspost und dem E-Maileingang
  • Das Anlegen von Aufträgen und Projekten
  • Terminieren von Wartungsaufträgen für unsere Kundendienstmonteure
  • Verbuchen von Eingangsrechnungen
  • Erstellen von Ausgangsrechnungen

Damit begeistern Sie uns

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • Sie konnten bereits erste Erfahrungen in dieser Position sammeln
  • Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsmentalität und Serviceorientierung
  • Unternehmerisches Denken
  • Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Führerschein Klasse B
