Kaufmännische/n Angestellte/n (m/w/d)für einen namhaften Kunden in Bad Iburg

Ihre Aufgaben im Bereich:

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • ✓ Sie sind der erste Ansprechpartner für unsere Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitenden in allen HR-Themen. Fachkundig übernehmen Sie die laufende Personaladministration und betreuen das Recruiting.
  • ✓ Sie sind Ansprechpartner für sozialversicherungs-und steuerrechtliche Fragestellungen und kommunizieren mit Krankenkassen und Behörden.
  • ✓ Sie entwickeln und gestalten unseren HR-Bereich zukunftsorientiert weiter. Dazu implementieren und verbessern Sie HR-Prozesse, -Standards und –Tools.

Das bringen Sie mit:

✓ Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

✓ Sie besitzen Berufserfahrung im Personalbereich.

✓ Sie sind mit dem Arbeits-, Steuer-und Sozialversicherungsrecht vertraut.

✓ Teamfähigkeit, Verschwiegenheit und Loyalität sind für Sie selbstverständlich.

✓ Sie arbeiten sorgfältig, strukturiert und serviceorientiert.
