für unsere Spesenabrechnung (in Teilzeit) an unserem Hauptsitz in 49439 Steinfeld.

Wir sind ein wachsender Betrieb in der vierten Generation und bieten einen sicheren Arbeitsplatz.

Das sind Deine Aufgaben:

Erstellung der monatlichen Spesenabrechnung

Prüfen der Spesenpositionen gemäß dem Spesenreglement

Erfassen und Verbuchen der Spesen

Erstellung des Zahlungslaufes

Erstellung von Spesenbescheinigungen

Das bringst Du mit:

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement, Industriekaufmann/-frau, oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (z. B. Steuerfachgehilfe(in))

Selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office

Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
