  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Betreuung unserer Online-Marktplätze und Aktualisierung von Produktinformationen
  • Produktanlage und Pflege von Artikeldaten für Schuhe und Taschen im Onlineshop und auf Marktplätzen
  • Lösungsorientierte Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen
  • Unterstützung unserer Filialen bei administrativen Aufgaben
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene kfm. Ausbildung wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder Onlinehandel von Vorteil
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit dem PC
  • Freundliches Auftreten und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
  • Teamfähig, flexibel und selbständige Arbeitsweise
