Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt ein neues Teammitglied (m/w/d) für unseren kaufmännischen Bereich im Teilzeit (mind.25Std/Woche) in Maulbronn. Die Straub GmbH ist ein traditionelles und inhabergeführtes Bauunternehmen mit über 60-jähriger Historie.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Büromanagement und -organisation
  • Unterstützung der Bauleitung bei Anfragen
  • Sekretariatsaufgaben für die Geschäftsleitung
  • Vorbereitung Rechnungswesen inkl. Digitalisierung und Lohnbuchhaltung

Dein Profil:

  • selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • umfassende MS-Office Kenntnisse
  • gute Kenntnisse in der Buchhaltung
  • idealerweise Grundkenntnisse in der Lohnbuchhaltung
