Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams und im Zuge der Altersnachfolge suchen wir ab November 2026 eine/n Mitarbeiter/in im Empfangsbereich (m/w/d). Die Tätigkeit ist in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit vorgesehen, 30 - 40 Std./Woche - Mo. - Fr. im Wechsel im Arbeitszeitrahmen von 08.00 - 17.00 Uhr.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Kundenempfang im Rezeptionsbereich
- logistische Prozesse steuern und optimieren
- telefonische Terminabsprachen, Absicherung der telefonischen Erreichbarkeit
- Rechnungswesen, Sachbearbeitung allgemein
Anforderungen:
- Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich erforderlich
- Vorkenntnisse im KFZ-Bereich oder aus der Berufspraxis in einem Autohaus von Vorteil
- anwendungsbereite MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit
- technisches Verständnis
- Führerschein Kl. B wünschenswert
