Was für uns zählt

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement/Projektcontrolling (IPMA/PMP- Zertifizierung von Vorteil)
  • Sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse (insb. MS-Office- Anwendungen)
  • iTwo-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative und Teamgeist

Dein Beitrag bei uns

  • In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position berichten Sie direkt an die Bereichsleitung/ Regionalleitung und haben nach erfolgreicher Einarbeitung die Möglichkeit unser Unternehmen maßgeblich mitzugestalten.
  • Übergeordnetes Controlling der laufenden Projekte inkl. mitlaufender Kalkulation
  • Leitung und Standardisierung der Kalkulation neuer Bauvorhaben
  • Überwachung und Erstellung monatlicher Leistungsmeldungen in Zusammenarbeit mit der technischen Gruppenleitung
  • Verantwortliche Überprüfung von Verträgen unter kaufmännischen Aspekten
  • Verantworten des Claim- und Kontraktmanagements
  • Erstellen der Kurz- und Mittelfrist-Planung in Absprache mit der Bereichs- und Gruppenleitung (z.B. Investitions- und Personalplanung)
  • Mitarbeit bei der strategischen Planung
  • Erstellen des Monats,- und Jahresabschlusses inkl. Projektbewertungen sowie der quartalsweisen Ergebnisvorschau in Abstimmung mit den Vorgesetzten
  • Bereitstellen von betriebswirtschaftlichen Auswertungen und Reports zur Erkennung von Schwachstellen
  • Führung und Weiterentwicklung der kaufmännischen Mitarbeitenden
  • Eigenverantwortliche Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen im Tätigkeitsbereich
