  • Alltägliche Auftragsabwicklung (Angebotserstellung, Packlisten, Exportdokumente,
  • Versandlogistik etc.)
  • Telefonzentrale und Kundenkontakt
  • Koordinierung und Organisation interner Abläufe und Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und des Marketings
  • Sofern Sie folgende Kenntnisse mitbringen:
  • Erfahrung im Umgang Export-Versandaktivitäten wie z.B. Ausfuhrerklärungen etc.
  • Erforderliche Sprachkenntnisse: zumindest fließend Englisch
  • ist dies ein großer Vorteil!
  • Notwendig:
  • Sicher im Umgang mit MS Office Software
  • Mehrjährige berufliche Erfahrung ist unbedingt erforderlich
  • Teamfähig
  • Flexibel
