Wir sind ein seit 1972 in Vilshofen an der Donau ansässiger Lebensmittelversorger und bedienen Groß- und Einzelhandel sowie Gastronomie mit Fleischwaren.

Wir suchen eine engagierte und strukturierte Verstärkung, die unsere Büroorganisation zeitgemäß weiterentwickelt, kaufmännische Aufgaben eigenverantwortlich übernimmt und die Geschäftsführung im Tagesgeschäft kompetent unterstützt.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenständige Organisation und Weiterentwicklung moderner Büroabläufe
  • Verantwortung für kaufmännische Prozesse und administrative Strukturen
  • Bearbeitung der laufenden Buchhaltung bzw. vorbereitende Buchhaltung
  • Rechnungsstellung, Rechnungsprüfung und Zahlungsüberwachung
  • Direkte Unterstützung und Entlastung der Geschäftsführung
  • Koordination von Terminen, Informationen und internen Abläufen
  • Optimierung digitaler Prozesse und effizienter Arbeitsstrukturen
