Wir sind ein modernes Unternehmen in der Werbetechnik und suchen dich als kaufmännische/n Mitarbeiter/in (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres Teams. Du hast Erfahrung im direkten Kundenkontakt, bist kommunikationsstark und arbeitest eigenverantwortlich? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig!

### Deine Aufgaben:

  • ✔ Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden – telefonisch und per E-Mail
  • ✔ Stammdatenpflege und Ablageverwaltung
  • ✔ Projektbetreuung und -Überwachung
  • ✔ Erstellung und Ausarbeitung von Angeboten sowie deren Auftragsabwicklung
  • ✔ Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung

### Das bringst du mit:

  • ✔ Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und erste Berufserfahrung
  • ✔ Sicheres und professionelles Auftreten am Telefon
  • ✔ Eigenständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • ✔ Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • ✔ Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • ✔ Interesse an visuellen Medien und Werbetechnik
