Wir, die K & S Spedition, sind eine kleine Spedition mit Sitz in Osnabrück. Wir fahren hauptsächlich Lebensmittel im Fernverkehr innerhalb Deutschlands, aber auch im nahen Ausland.

Wir suchen ab sofort kaufmännische Verstärkung (m/w/d) für täglich 5 Stunden (08:00 bis 13:00 Uhr) zur Erledigung allgemeiner Bürotätigkeiten.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Auftragsanlage der gefahrenen Touren
  • Ablieferbelege kontrollieren und sortieren
  • Führung des Palettenkontos
  • Gutschriftskontrolle
  • sonstige anfallenden Arbeiten im Büroalltag

Ein sicherer Umgang mit Excel, Word und Outlook ist wünschenswert.

Erfahrungen in einer Spedition sind von Vorteil, aber keine Bedingung.
