Ihre Aufgaben

  • Kaufmännische Auftragsabwicklung von Warenein- und ausgängen
  • Direkte Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit unseren Kunden
  • Steuerung und Überwachung der Prozesse in der Lagerverwaltung
  • Erstellung und Kontrolle von Lagerbelegen sowie Bestandslisten
  • Koordination und Abstimmung mit Schnittstellen, insbesondere Lager und der Disposition
  • Abwicklung und Abfertigung der Fahrzeuge inkl. Dokumentenerstellung und -verwaltung
  • Vorbereitung, Kontrolle und termingerechte Durchführung der Abrechnung aller Abfertigungsleistungen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung wie z. B. Kaufmann/-frau (m/w/d) für Spedition- und Logistikdienstleistung
  • Kundenorientierung, Hilfsbereitschaft sowie Engagement
  • Hohe Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationsgeschick und Interesse an administrativen Tätigkeiten
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office) und idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP
