Aufgaben:

  • Sie sind für die Erstellung von projektbezogenen Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen verantwortlich und wirken bei Leistungs- und Ergebnisprognosen mit
  • Sie erstellen regelmäßig Soll-Ist-Vergleiche von Kosten und Leistungen
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für das Bauherren-, Subunternehmer- und Lieferanten-Management (u. a. Rechnungsabwicklung, Forderungs- und Aval-Kontrolle)
  • Sie wirken beim Einkauf von Materialien und Subunternehmerleistungen mit
  • Außerdem übernehmen Sie projekt- und sachbezogene Sonderaufgaben

Qualifikation:

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung im Baubereich ggf. auch als Baubetriebswirt oder ein Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens
  • Berufserfahrung in der Abwicklung von schlüsselfertigen Bauprojekten > € 50 Mio.
  • Gutes Zahlenverständnis und eine sichere schriftliche und mündliche Ausdrucksweise
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der VOB, HOAI und des BGB
  • Guter Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Produkten
  • Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsgeschick sowie Durchsetzungsstärke
  • Teamfähigkeit und ein strukturiertes, proaktives und selbständiges Arbeiten
  • Einsatzbereitschaft und eine zielgerichtete und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
