Wir, die Zahlenwerk Verwaltungs GmbH, administrieren eine Fahrzeugflotte von über 100 Fahrzeugen für unsere Mandanten und Kunden.

Wir suchen Sie für 25 Wochenstunden in Teilzeit am Standort Lohmar

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Pflege von Stammdaten, Fahrzeuglisten etc.
  • Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Schäden
  • Prüfung von Eingangsrechnungen
  • Schriftverkehr und Kommunikation mit Versicherungen, Leasinggebern, Autohäusern und Werkstätten
  • Aufteilung/ Zuordnung von Rechnungen an Kostenstellen/ Personen
  • Telefonische Betreuung unserer Kunden und Mandanten bei Themen zum KFZ

Ihr Profil:

  • Sie sind flexibel und haben eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe?
  • Sie arbeiten gerne selbständig und im Team?
  • Sie kennen sich aus beruflichen oder privaten Gründen gut mit KFZ aus?
  • Sie sind wissbegierig und freuen sich auf eine neue Herausforderung?
  • Wünschenswert wäre eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Quereinsteiger mit Büroerfahrung sind herzlich willkommen
