### Ihre Aufgaben...

  • Priorisierung von Arbeitsaufträgen und tagesaktueller Produktionsabläufe
  • Bewertung und Umsetzung von Produktionsanpassungen und Produktoptimierungen
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Schichtleitern, Haupteinrichtern und der Produktionsleitung
  • Kontinuierliche Überprüfung und Optimierung von Kapazitäten und Durchlaufzeiten
  • Mitarbeit im KVP und Erarbeitung eigener Verbesserungsvorschläge
  • Ressourcen- und Materialplanung in Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion und Logistik

### Ihr Profil...

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
  • Erste Erfahrung in Produktionsplanung oder Arbeitsvorbereitung mit ERP oder SAP
  • Stark ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken und organisatorische Kompetenz
  • Klare, strukturierte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamorientierung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systemen
