Wer wir sind:

  • Die Halman GmbH ist bundesweiter Netzbezirkspartner und Dienstleister der Deutschen Bahn AG .
  • Wir liefern qualifiziertes Personal und moderne Technik zur Sicherung von Gleisbaustellen im Bahnbetrieb.
  • Zur Verstärkung unseres Verwaltungsteams in Bottrop suchen wir dich – als engagierte Unterstützung im kaufmännischen Bereich.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung bei der Auftragsbearbeitung
  • Kontierung von Eingangsrechnungen für die vorbereitende Steuerberatung
  • Allgemeine kaufmännische Tätigkeiten und Büroorganisation
  • Fuhrparkmanagement
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden und internen Fachabteilungen

Das bringst du mit:

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office , insbesondere Excel
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
