Nach unserem Umzug nach Waldmohr haben wir uns im Saar-Pfalz-Kreis etabliert und haben uns einen großen Kundenstamm aufgebaut. Unsere Auftragslage ist sehr gut, daher benötigen wir Verstärkung in unserem Betrieb.

Ab sofort suchen wir eine kaufmännische Unterstützung (m/w/d),Vollzeit (40Std./Woche) mit Erfahrung in der Baubranche an unserem Standort in Waldmohr.

Ihre Aufgaben:

 Bearbeitung der Debitoren-, Kreditoren-, Sach- und Anlagenbuchhaltung

 Erfassung und Verbuchung von sämtlichen Belegen

 Verbuchung der Kontoauszüge

 Erstellung, Kontrolle und Durchführung des Zahlungsverkehrs

 Überwachung der offenen Posten der Kreditorenkonten

 Unterstützung bei allgemeinen Bürotätigkeiten

Wir erwarten eine entsprechende Ausbildung, zumindest aber eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung und guten Buchhaltungskenntnissen. Einen sicheren Umgang mit Word und Excel setzen wir voraus.
