  • KAUFMÄNNISCHEN SACHBEARBEITER (M/W/D)
  • IN DER AUFTRAGSKLÄRUNG

IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Analyse und Bearbeitung offener Wartegründe in internen Systemen.
  • Prüfung, Korrektur und Entscheidung zu fehlerhaften oder unklaren Aufträgen.
  • Recherche und Aktualisierung von Eigentümer- und Immobiliendaten.
  • Klärung offener Punkte durch telefonische und schriftliche Kommunikation mit Kunden und Partnern.
  • Abstimmung mit Dritten bei Ausbauhindernissen (z. B. Zugangsfragen).
  • Dokumentation aller Bearbeitungsschritte und Freigabe oder Abbruch von Aufträgen.

IHR PROFIL

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie erste Berufserfahrung
  • Versiert im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Produkten sowie einem CRM-System
  • Kenntnisse im Glasfaserausbau oder in ähnlichen technischen Prozessen von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, insbesondere am Telefon.
  • Eine selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

Diese langfristige Stelle wird zunächst im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung besetzt. Unser Auftraggeber plant die Übernahme im direkten Anschluss daran.
